five most important principals in declaration of independance and american constitution

Natural rights:
Natural rights are the rights of human nature, the key things nessesary for human development. These rights are applicable to the growth of humans as a whole. I choose this right as the first, and most important because without these rights we would stunt our development as a human nation.

Rights of Self Determanation:

This is the right to freedom of speech, and the freedom to have a choice in deciding the governments authority. I find this one of the important rights because we the people are a community and we work together to form a working and cooperating nation. That means including everyones opinion and voice.

Right to Revolution:

This means that there is a right to overthrow a government if it fails to forfill its given duties. If we are expected to grow and prosper then we need to be able to depend on our government to work and complete their duties to the best of their ability.
Popular soverginty:
This is when the government works for the people. This is nessesary because it's a government's role to look after and provide for their people. So it is expected that they work for the people.
Social contract:
This is when the people give up a portion of their freedom in order to protect their natural rights. I think this is the least important because we have fought wars for our freedom, and I don't think that any of it should go to waist.
